Certified PDPM Managers by ISPI

Program Elements
The program consists of six elements:

  • The program is designed using the four ISPI RSVP principles, associated six standards and code of ethics.
  • All program supervision, design and delivery is accomplished completely by ISPI Certified Performance Consultants (CPTs).
  • All participant projects are documented by accomplishment-based plans that were are to evaluate success at the end of the program.
  • Participants complete methodology workshops delivered by CPTs over several intervals during the certification period.
  • Participants are provided individual project based coaching by CPTs during the training.
  • Participants are required to provide input to a final project report (case study) under the supervision of a CPT.

Accomplishment Based Criteria

These results are verified by the observation of the CPT consultants:

  • plans are accomplishment (deliverables) based
  • participants operate from periodic deliverables
  • deliverables have agreed upon quality criteria
  • progress is reviewed in appropriately short intervals (planned deliverables "done/not done")
  • final performance is compared against planned performance (lessons learned)

Award of Credential

The work of all participants is observed and evaluated by KNO consultants according to the established criteria. Those successfully meeting the credential criteria are approved for the award of an ISPI certified PDPM credential.

The credential is a performance-based certificate from ISPI that reads “Certified Performance-Driven Project Manager, Coach or Team Leader”.
